TikTokCounter ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account or submit any personal information to use this site. The only data collected is through Google Analytics, which we use to understand how visitors use the site.
Google Analytics automatically collects the following information when you visit:

- Referring website or search query that brought you here
- Browser type, operating system, and device type
- Approximate location (country and city level, derived from IP address)
- Interactions such as clicks and scroll depth
This data is aggregated and anonymised. We cannot identify you personally from it.
Cookies

TikTok public API: when you search for a username, we query TikTok's public API to retrieve that account's public statistics. We do not store or log the usernames you search for.
Data retention
We do not store any personal data on our own servers. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's systems.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
